Teresa was born and raised in Middletown, Delaware. She attended St. Georges Technical High School where she underwent a cooperative opportunity with the University of Delaware physical therapy research laboratory working alongside persons with stroke. From there, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences at the University of Delaware and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University.
She has treated numerous patients with chronic pain, athletic injuries, concussion, and neurological disorders such as stroke. She recently became a LSVT BIG certified clinician to assist persons with Parkinson’s disease in achieving their mobility goals.
Teresa played on the varsity soccer team in high school and continues to play on an adult recreational league. She also participates in local 5K/half marathon races and enjoys traveling in her free time.
Teresa is passionate about how physical therapy can help diminish pain and assist patients in accomplishing their dreams. She is excited to serve people in her local community and is very happy to join the team at Edelman Spine and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.
